Sample sites that have the "Sample Victim" approval mark are sites that offer the most flexible license for commercial and non commercial projects.
This does not mean that every site having a commercial license is approved!
It means the license ticks all the right boxes giving you, the buyer, greater freedom of use.

This is what we look for in a sample license:

• 100% copyright cleared.
• 100% free to use without further clearance.
• Safe to use in your music both commercial release and non commercial.
• Free to use them in as many musical recordings as you want.
• The Licensee may modify the sounds and may use the sounds for Commercial purposes within musical compositions.
